Need Your Guests to Return to Your Restaurant?

It's been echoing through my mind of late as I've been mindful of all my dining out experiences and I think the top reason I return to a restaurant is the service. How about you?

Food quality is of course a close second and third for me is price. But I will excuse these two for the most part if service is exceptional.

We humans are social by nature. Just look at what services are burning up the web. Social Networking from LinkedIn toFaceBook to Twitter, just to name three biggies. So when you can provide great service that connects with me as a guest, I will return. Again and again.

And I'm no different than the average person. You can count on that too.

The next step of course is engaging your guests beyond your four walls and providing them with further reminders of how greatly you appreciate their patronage.
